Service agreement
We offer service agreements on most makes, including Metro Therm, Vølund, Vaillant and Bosch.
Statutory inspection
A heat pump contains refrigerant, which is a gas, and is therefore subject to statutory heat pump servicing. This may only be carried out by specially trained staff and an authorised company.
Service inspection
If you have an air-to-air heat pump, it must have a service inspection at least every other year.
During the inspection, your appliance is checked, cleaned and pressure-tested for leaks, and an inspection report is prepared.
Larger systems with a refrigerant charge of more than 1000 g must be serviced every year.
What you can do yourself
When it comes to the outdoor unit, remember to keep it clear of leaves, grass, shrubs and so on – and drifting snow in winter. You can leave the rest to us.
