Induction plates
You can check the following yourself:
- Is the plug properly plugged in?
- Has a fuse been broken?
- Is the hob turned on?
- Is the child lock activated?
- do you use the right pots? (induction check with magnet)
The type and serial number are on the cabinet under the plate.
Microwave
You can check the following yourself:
- Has a fuse been broken?
- Is the power on?
- Is the START button pressed?
- Is the oven door closed?
- Is the cooking time set?
The type and serial number are on the cabinet when you open the door.
Fridge and freezer
You can check the following yourself:
- Is the plug properly plugged in?
- Has a fuse been broken?
- Is the temperature selector set between 1-3?
- Is the condenser behind the fridge freezer cleaned?
- Is there enough air around the fridge / freezer?
- Is the freeze button impression typically yellow?
The model and serial number can sit on a label behind the vegetable drawer in your refrigerator or under the refrigerator lamp.
Extractor hood
You can check the following yourself:
- Has a fuse been broken?
- Is the filter cleaned?
- Is the hood switch on?
- Are all relevant buttons enabled?
- Is the filter reset? (filter cleaning alarm)
Type and serial number are at the bottom of the product when you remove the filter.
Oven
You can control the following yourself:
- Is the fuse checked change it for a security debt?
- Are all relevant buttons enabled?
- Is the temperature selector set correctly?
- Is the right program selected?
- Is there enough leaching around the stove?
The service tag with type and serial number is on the edge of the oven compartment at the bottom or in the side or on the edge of the door
Stove
You can control the following yourself:
- Are all relevant buttons enabled?
- Is the temperature selector set correctly?
- Is the clock set correctly?
- Has a fuse been broken?

Dishwasher
You can control the following yourself:
- Is the machine powered?
- Is the water supply in order?
- Is the door fully closed?
- Is the filter in the water supply clean / clogged?
- Are the outflow hoses free and not broken?
- Has a fuse been broken?
The type and serial number are in the side of the door when you open it.
Washing machine
You can control the following yourself:
- Is the washing machine switched on?
- Is the hatch properly closed?
- Is the tap open?
- Is the inlet hose filter clogged?
- Is the drain pump or drain / dirt screen clogged?
- Has a fuse been broken?
You will find the type and serial number when you open the hatch, if you have a top-operated machine it will often say at the treble screen when it opens or back.
Dryer / Condenser
You can control the following yourself:
- Is the machine powered?
- Is the plug plugged in correctly?
- Has a fuse been broken?
- Is the door closed properly?
- Is the water tank full? (Condensation)
- Is the lint filter clean?
The type and serial number are on a sticker in the door.
