A technician visit isn't always necessary – in some cases you can fix the problem yourself. Go through the checks below, and if these tips don't help, you're welcome to contact us for service.
You can check the following yourself
- Is the machine getting power?
- Is the water supply working?
- Is the door fully closed?
- Is the filter in the water inlet clean or blocked?
- Are the inlet and drain hoses clear and free of kinks?
- Has a fuse blown?
Find the type and serial number
The type and serial number are on the side of the door when you open it.
