A technician visit isn't always necessary – in some cases you can fix the problem yourself. Go through the checks below, and if these tips don't help, you're welcome to contact us for service.

You can check the following yourself

  1. Is the plug properly inserted in the socket?
  2. Has a fuse blown?
  3. Is the hob switched on?
  4. Is the child lock activated?
  5. Are you using the right pans? (Induction: check with a magnet)

Find the type and serial number

The type and serial number are on the casing underneath the hob.
