Warranty terms
Here you can read what our warranty on repairs covers – and what it does not cover.
Warranty with peace of mind and trust
At Din Hvidevare Service ApS, we want you as a customer to feel secure when you have a repair carried out by us. That is why we offer a 2-year warranty on all repairs carried out for private customers – a warranty that covers both labour and spare parts.
We provide a warranty that goes further than the law requires. It is your extra assurance of competent and professional service.
Our warranty – in brief
- 2-year warranty on all repairs for private customers
- The warranty covers both labour and spare parts
- Prompt help – free of charge – if the fault recurs
Best warranty – better than the law requires
If your appliance develops the same fault again within two years of our repair, we will come out and replace the spare part – entirely free of charge. This applies to both the parts and the labour. We call it the “Best Warranty” because we go a step further than consumer legislation obliges us to.
Original spare parts – every time
We use only original spare parts for all our repairs. This ensures that you as a customer receive high quality, operational reliability and a repair you can rely on. Our choice of spare parts is an important part of what gives you extra peace of mind when you choose us.
What does the warranty not cover?
Although our warranty is comprehensive, it does not apply in the following cases:
- Plastic parts, light sources, rubber seals, handles, glass, glass shelves and ceramic hobs
- Ordinary wear and tear, e.g. worn motor brushes
- Damage caused by limescale, power surges, rust, corrosion or water damage
- Damage resulting from incorrect use, lack of maintenance or improper operation
- Products used for commercial purposes or by several households (e.g. communal laundry rooms, shared housing and communal buildings)
- Where the importer itself provides a warranty or right of complaint
Special spare-part warranties
Certain products and types of spare part may be covered by an extended right of complaint from the manufacturer. In such cases, the warranty covers only the spare part itself – not the technician’s working time, travel or other costs, which are therefore invoiced separately at the applicable rates.
Do you have questions about the warranty, or are you unsure what is covered?
You are always welcome to contact us.
Kind regards
