A technician visit isn't always necessary – in some cases you can fix the problem yourself. Go through the checks below, and if these tips don't help, you're welcome to contact us for service.

You can check the following yourself

  1. Have you checked the fuse? Feel free to replace it to be on the safe side.
  2. Are all relevant buttons activated?
  3. Is the temperature selector set correctly?
  4. Is the right programme selected?
  5. Is there enough ventilation around the oven?

Find the type and serial number

The service label with the type and serial number is on the edge of the oven cavity at the bottom, on the side or on the edge of the door.
