A technician visit isn't always necessary – in some cases you can fix the problem yourself. Go through the checks below, and if these tips don't help, you're welcome to contact us for service.

You can check the following yourself

  1. Is the washing machine switched on?
  2. Is the door properly closed?
  3. Is the tap turned on?
  4. Is the filter in the inlet hose blocked?
  5. Is the drain pump or the drain/debris filter blocked?
  6. Has a fuse blown?

Find the type and serial number

You will find the type and serial number when you open the door. On a top-loading machine, it is often by the lint filter when you open it, or on the back.
